Directions
To Apply:
- With clean hands, roll plug into a tight, crease-free cylinder.
- With opposite hand, reach over head and pull up and back on outer ear to straighten ear canal.
- Quickly insert earplug well into ear canal and hold in until it expands for a comfortable, secure fit.
Warning: Improper fitting will reduce effectiveness and could result in hearing loss or injury.
* Discard after several uses or as soon as dirt or wax accumulates on earplugs.

Best ear plugs
I’ve been searching for good ear plugs for yrs and after reading the reviews on Mack’s ear plugs I decided to give them a go and I’m so glad I did they are the best they block out my husband’s snoring, they don’t hurt my ears at all I’ve been getting a good nights sleep ever since wearing them. The only down side is that I occasionally don’t hear my alarm of a morning.

There's Nothing Wrong With These Ear Plugs. They Really Do Help To Deaden The Noise.
I bought 4 packets of Mack's ear plugs to test out. I haven't opened up the other 3 packets yet because these brown-coloured ones have been ideal. They are pretty good. They don't hurt my ears. They sit comfortably. They don't fall out. You may be able to hear dogs barking in the background, and birds chirping early in the morning, but they still do a fine job at deadening most of the noise.
I quickly would like to make mention of the excellent customer service that I received when buying the Manta Pro Sleep Mask. All my questions were answered in a professional manner.
