Checkout & Pay with NDIS
- Plan & NDIA (Agency) Managed - select NDIS Payment Method
- Self Managed - pay & receive tax invoice to claim on your Plan
- Quote Only - when you only need a quote
How to Checkout (by Plan Type)
1) Plan Managed
If you are Plan Managed - simply place your order online. When you Checkout select the NDIS payment method
- Select the Plan Managed option
- Enter the required information
- Complete your order using the Place Order button
We will then email your Plan Manager with a Tax Invoice which they need to pay charging the NDIS Plan provided.
Once we receive payment from your Plan Manager we will ship your order.
2) NDIA Managed / NDIA Agency Managed
If you are NDIA Managed or sometimes referred to NDIA Agency Managed - simply place your order online. When you Checkout select the NDIS payment method.
- Select the Agency Managed option
- Enter the required information
- Complete your order using the Place Order button
Ensure you have the appropriate funding in your NDIS plan under Consumables or Assistive Technology prior to making your purchase. We will then charge your NDIS Plan by using your Core budget under either "Consumables" or "Assistive Technologies" Support Budget.
Once we have charged your plan - we will ship your order (typically withing 1-2 business days of you placing your order)
3) Self Managed
If you are Self Managed - simply place your order online using your preferred payment method (all are available except NDIS).
When you complete your order you will be sent a Tax Invoice which you can then use to seek reimbursement from NDIS.
Note: You can use Express Checkout (PayPal,Google Pay, Apple Pay), or alternatively select a different payment method on the second step of the checkout process
4) Quote Only
If you want to get a quote with the products you have in mind, when you checkout select the Quote Only option under payment method
- Select the Quote Only option
- Generate the PDF by clicking the Download Quote PDF button
Note: Quote is only valid for 14 days.
