Not a fan personally
I've typically used standard silk sleep masks and thought the 40 blinks might step up my sleep game. It's great if you're sleeping on your back- not having any pressure against your eyelids (which doesn't worry me too much tbh) is a nice experience and makes it feel pitch black. The problem is if you turn to your side, the rigidness of the material will cause it to pop/lift away from your face, letting light in. I don't get this issue with a soft mask. As a result, I'm back to using my ordinary one.
