Cheap quality
Very disappointed when I received this. The first thing I noticed was how flimsy the plastic was- I could break it with my hands. Secondly, the lid doesn’t screw on so it’s actually quite dangerous in the sense that spillages are quite easy and next to power cords and PowerPoints, that’s actually quite a concern for me. All of my other diffusers, the lid screws on. The oils that it came with are absolutely horrible. They claim to be 100% pure but has absolutely no smell at all once you put it into the diffuser and I put more then the recommended amount, which was 12 drops. It states it is quite- it isn’t. Barely any steam comes out, I have to squint to see if it comes out and that’s on the high mist setting. I regret purchasing this and wish I could return it for a refund
