Replacement speaker inserts are identical to the original ones
Firstly these replacement speaker inserts are identical to the original ones which means that they will, over time fail. The wires wear because they have to be disconnected each time the bluetooth receiver is recharged. Having said that I think that the Sleephones are the best of their kind on the market.

Having comfortable speakers is a great way to relax, and blocking out the light really helps me get to sleep faster & have a deeper sleep. These are the best quality and most comfortable headphones around. The only issue I have with them is that I am now on my 4th set. The cord frays within about a year and doesn't last as long as the actual speakers, making them impossible to use. I am careful with how I treat the cord but it still happens. These headphones are fantastic for sleeping in and the headband can be worn as a fashion accessory through the day.
The only issue I have is the battery. I've purchased 2 pairs from the supplier and one pair from ebay. All due to the battery starting to cut out randomly after less than a years usage. These are very comfortable and work well. No problems with side sleeping. Bonus that I look like a professional tennis player every night. However be prepared to be buying replacement speaker inserts every few months as the wiring is very prone to breaking around the jack. I'm trying the bluetooth ones this time for that reason. I wish that they would improve this as it's very frustrating and wasteful. But there's nothing else like them on the market so I'll keep buying them.. a good business model I suppose...

The best of an average lot
I end up purchasing replacement corded inserts about 3 times a year as the wiring is very prone twisting and cutting signal and the connection to the phone jack is flimsy at best.
These are the most comfortable units I have tried and the best on the market, however they are expensive for the build quality. It would be great to see more reinforcement into the cable and connections to make this worth the price and provide a modicum of longevity.

I would love the wire to be stronger

Excellent quality
I really heavily on these headphones to get to sleep and I buy replacements regularly. My last ones I purchased weren't great and when I noted this, sleep solutions were extremely responsive and sent me new ones. The last ones were obviously faulty, because the quality of the new ones are excellent, as I would expect. I'm very pleased with both the product and the lovely customer service I have received.

Love my sleep headphones ... very comfy!
They allow me to listen to the radio which I put on a sleep timer. Well-made sleep phones but I had a problem with the cord after a few months ... the cord had separated from its outer fabric covering where there was a kink in the cord. A replacement was sent to me immediately, so delighted with the service. Would certainly recommend.

Wouldn't be without my sleep phones- Just replaced the speaker inserts after 10 years of constant use
10 years ago I purchased a set of sleep phones, best purchase ever, recently they died so I purchased the replacement speaker inserts. As the head band was fine had purchased a new headband about 6mths ago. Sleep phones are so comfortable & truly amazing sound. Worth every penny.

I love the speakers, but am on my 4th set.
I love the sleepphones but they are very expensive if buying from Australia. I am on my 4th set of speakers and at $40 a set, it is getting prohibitive. I need new speakers at least every 3 months. Wish the wires were less fragile, or all speakers replaced free, regardless of time used. The battery is very expensive also.

So glad these are here!
Love my sleep phones but the cord does get damaged especially if you roll around a fair bit in your sleep. After going through two other sets of sleep phones, these are great. easy to install and clear instructions.
