My Hushh/Rohm/Travel Mini/ will not turn on/off, and I have already made sure that the child lock is deactivated. How can I fix this?

The Hush, Rohm, and Travel Mini sound machines are designed for portable use and must be charged and unplugged If not unplugged, the unit may freeze or experience impacts to performance.

If your sound machine becomes non-responsive, please complete the following steps to reset your device:

Unplug your sound machine
Allow your sound machine to run until the battery is completely discharged (this may take up to 2 full days)
Recharge your sound machine and continue normal use

Note: To ensure optimal functionality, turn off and unplug your sound machine after Charging to continue re-use.

Cant believe it works so well!

I am sleeping so much better and looking forward to using it each night confident that my mind will stop racing about trivia as usual .. I love the rain storm setting its very soothing to this 83 year old. Letting all my family and friends know about this easy to use and charge little gem (Posted on 1/22/24 )
