Attach the small transmitter to the outside of the underpants waistband using the magnetic clip.
Attach the Easy-Clip to the outside of the underpants. When urination commences and the sensor is moistened the alarm is triggered.
Repetitive awakening by the alarm as soon as urination commences will gradually train the brain to exert automatic control over the bladder.
Eventually, the bed wetter will either wake up before urination or sleep throughout the night without needing to empty the bladder. This form of treatment has proved to be the safest, most reliable and economical way of solving bedwetting with over 90% success within a few weeks and has no side effects.
The 8 sounds are designed to prevent 'auditory accommodation.' They are eight distinctly different loud sounds only one of which is activated each time the alarm is triggered.
Features
Single tone or 8-tone audio setting
8 random sounds to prevent 'Auditory Accommodation'
Flashing LED

Long range 25 metres
Small sensor/transmitter magnetically attaches to underwear and sends signal to separate receiver
Ideal for children who do not wish to wear pyjamas in bed
Can be used for geriatric incontinence management (additional receivers can be purchased for parents/carers)
For the treatment and cure of Enuresis (bedwetting), the receiver must be in the same room as the transmitter

We are only 1 week in but this product is already changing our lives. We had tried everything for my 11 year old son, even the alarm with the wired blanket (don't bother with that style, they have already fully urinated by the time it goes off). My son is a heavy sleeper, but in week 1 in 5 of the 7 nights he has either been dry or stopped the urine because the alarm has woken him. This is unbelievable for us, and giving my son so much encouragement and positivity to get fully dry. It was impacting his mental health so much, and now we have a light at the end of the tunnel. I am writing this review in case others are thinking they have tried everything and this alarm is quite expensive. The key thing is it clips to the area the urine comes out so goes off straight away and trains your child to stop the flow. It's so easy to set up my son does it himself which also puts him in control. Amazing product!

The alarm was quick and easy to set up and has been very effective. We are in our 3rd week and have seen excellent results so far. Compact design and child was able to manage use independently after a few days.

We have been using the alarm for about 3 weeks and are making steady progress.
Miss 7 previously had only a handful of dry nights. She is now averaging 2 per week and is starting to wake to the sound of the alarm. I am still sleeping on the trundle in her room to make sure she wakes and help with the wet sheet protector if necessary. I must say I under estimated the parental involvement as I didn’t realise I’d need to be so involved. But I hope it won’t be too long before she always wakes without assistance if the alarm goes off. She started off fully wetting and sleeping through the alarm. We are now only damp and starting to wake. There is a family history of bed wetting and older family members wish this technology was available to them as children.

No problems. Works great. My 7 year old son has no problems wearing it. Have had it for around 3 weeks. The first week my son had mostly wet nights. But since then he has had dry nights or slightly wet nights where he just has to change his clothes and not his whole bed. I know we have a long road ahead because bedwetting is on his fathers side of the family. But so far i think he has progressed.

Very happy with our purchase - 2.5 weeks in, and we just had 3 dry nights in a row. I was sceptical, as my 6.5 years old is a very heavy sleeper, and was waking up every morning with very very full nappies (couldn't use the big boy pull ups as they wouldn't hold enough). the first 3-4 days, he slept right through the alarms, wetting the whole bed etc. But after a few days, whilst still sleeping through the alarm, he somehow was able to stop the wee, so just his undies were wet, and now, he's somehow able to control it, without the need to wake up, unlike other methods. The wireless is awesome if you have a kid that wriggles a lot in their sleep + is the least intrusive I could find. it's been a real game changer for us. and seeing him so proud to "tick" another dry night is the best feeling. I wish we tried it sooner. If you're thinking about it, give this one a go.

This alarm has been very easy to use. The magnetic clip works brilliantly, and I’ve had no complaints from my son about wearing it. The volume is perfect. We have only been using a couple of weeks but it seems to be having a very positive effect.

I’ve bought and tried various alarms and this is the best by far. It is unobtrusive, loud, easy to use, works brilliantly. It is also great for kids who don’t want to wear a top to bed (as the magnetic clip fastens to the pants).
Worth spending the extra money for!!
