Helps keep hips in alignment while side sleeping

Helps me get a better night sleep a number of ways. One it keeps my hips in alignment and takes pressure off while side sleeping with leg and arm thrown over it. Also I fell down the stairs and hurt my foot and ankle and it allows me to elevate my foot. With this on one side and a pillow on the other it makes me feel all snuggly and I sleep through the night more often than not with the addition of the body pillow. (Posted on 2/6/20 )
