Worth it!
Purchased for my wife who was confined to bed. Unable to sleep because of sore neck, constantly changing or re-arranging up to 5 pillows per night. Now has no problems. The neck pillow is firm enough, while being soft enough not to hurt. Highly recommend both this product & the service.
