With all memory foam products - please be aware that they may have a distinct, unpleasant odour upon unpacking. This is completely normal and will dissipate with proper airing. We recommend allowing the product to air out in a well-ventilated space for 48-72 hours before use.

- Dry thoroughly before reuse or storage

Low Profile Pillow
I had a very soft pillow that wasn’t good for my neck so I bought this one. It’s okay. I feel my neck is supported but it’s a little hard. I’d like my head to sink into the pillow a little but this one doesn’t accomplish that.
