With all memory foam products - please be aware that they may have a distinct, unpleasant odour upon unpacking. This is completely normal and will dissipate with proper airing. We recommend allowing the product to air out in a well-ventilated space for 48-72 hours before use.

Cooling gel does nothing
The pillow is as comfortable as my previous memory foam pillow, but the cooling gel does nothing at all. When I heat up, the gel heats up. No discernible difference between this and my last, cheaper, pillow.

My favourite pillow
I’ve had a similar pillow while living overseas for the last 10 years, and I loved it.
After recently moving back, I spent weeks moving around and sleeping on terrible pillows.
