It helped fix my tension headaches!

I’m so glad I bought this pillow. As a side sleeper it has really helped my neck and tension, as well as basically putting a stop to the headaches I was getting in the evening. Along with the physio stretches this pillow has really helped get my sleep sorted. (Posted on 10/3/24 )
