AYO began years ago when the founders of AYO were living in The Netherlands. AYO realized that millions of people worldwide experience the negative effects from the lack of light in winter, which puts their bodies out of balance.

And it's not only the lack of light but also 24/7 dynamic lifestyles that leaves them out of sync. This inspired AYO to create a solution. A solution in which a person can take control of their health and wellbeing easily and naturally in just 30 minutes per day. That is how AYO was born in 2015 over a wildly successful crowdfunding campaign.
