What is thermoregulation?
SleepWISE® is a natural botanic cellulosic fibre, obtained from lyocell and natural paraffin oil and reinforced by some polyester to retain loft.
Thermoregulating products are designed for people may who not be able to control their body temperature when sleeping.
The material should help to 'keep cool people warm' and 'keep warm people cool'. The material allows heat from the body to escape and if the body is getting cold, it traps the warmth of the body.
This may be due to a number of reasons that may include:
- A reaction to medication
- Menopausal women
- Those who are unable to regulate their body temperature

Awesome love it buy it recommended
I’m a quadrapelgic and can’t regulate my temperature. But this keeps me warm when I’m cold and cool when I’m too hot.
It knows my body and I’m not getting chill blades on my toes from being too cold.
I’m so much more comfortable at night.
