Good for a summer quilt
I bought this specifically because my usual quilt was too warm for a NQ summer, even with the aircon on.
This quilt is much cooler. It's pretty flat, so if you're looking for something soft and padded to wrap yourself in, this isn't it. But if you like to sleep under a doona year round, this is probably a good summer option.
I do notice that it's a dry-clean-only product, so that's something to bear in mind when considering purchasing it. (Posted on )

Product is excellent. Great feel, lovely light weight.
Unfortunately the postage didn’t work, as my suburb was omitted from the address label. So despite paying for Priority Shipping I had to drive nearly an hour each way to collect. I reported the fact to Sleep Solutions and was assured the matter would be ‘escalated’ but nothing has been done. Poor service, Sleep Solutions!

I'm about to buy another one
Purchased one of these late last year, as I found the tencel all seasons one I had too hot (I suffer for eczema and get hot easily). This is probably the best doona I've had to date, cool, breathable, doesn't make me itchy. Highly recommend it. If you get cold easily I'd go for the slightly heavier weight though. Also the service on this website has always been great :)

What a great product. We are using this (on a super-king) in mid-Perth winter (July/August with an ultra-thin wool blanket underneath and it's perfect - will drop the wool layer end of August and probably use the duvet as is for most of the year, midsummer excluded. Light and easy to sleep under, especially considering it's supersize :-)

Another happy customer
I agree that this is not ideal for the hottest summer nights but it is a much cooler cover for the warmer months. I am looking forward to seeing how it performs in autumn/spring. I bought the super king size and owing to the large surface area, I am glad it is lightweight as it would be so awkward to try to womanhandle something thicker! The label says dry clean only but I have a great front loader that I trust and it did the job on woollen cycle wonderfully. All in all satisfied customer.

Great light weight quilt
I was a bit worried when I received this quilt as it was much thinner than I expected and I wanted to use it from spring to summer - of course some spring nights are still quite cold. However, it is lovely to sleep under and much warmer than I thought it would be. On the really cold spring nights I just put a light throw over it and it was fine. Very happy with the product.
